A little family farm, hiding in the trees

Hogs, goats, lambs, chickens and rabbits, among tall pines, firs, oaks and madrones. Fresh bread, good food and madrone woodcraft.

Muddy boots, happy goats, fresh bread and good company. Come on in!

Picture a morning under the oaks and madrones: goats nibbling the brush, hens gossiping by the barn, kids racing to collect the eggs, and deer and wild turkeys strolling past like they own the place. By evening, the frogs take over the singing and the hills glow in the last light.

Spend the day in the garden, help with the animals, split some firewood or turn a madrone branch into something beautiful. Then gather round with good neighbors for fresh bread, stories and whatever we're celebrating this season. Bring your curiosity, we'll put the kettle on. Coming over?
